This blog started out years ago on Livejournal in 2002, and later Blogger and WordPress. I combined my blogs to create Macy Makes Magic.

My content includes art, fashion, literature, music, gardening, and saving the environment by habitat restoration and maintenance. I also collect dolls and sometimes post about doll collecting.

I occasionally write short book reviews on Library Thing, if I don’t have enough to say about them on Macy Makes Magic. I am also on Good Reads but I find it too commercial. This is mostly a blog to discuss literary fiction.

On Twitter I got 100’s of messages from scammers when let everyone message me. Now only verified users can message me on Twitter. The fastest way to PM me is be verified on Twitter, but it has to be about the contents of my blog, not about any other topics or attempts to sell me anything.

Life Tip: Never reply to message that is impersonal and says somethings like “hi”, because these are bots waiting for replies. They know they got a sucker on the line if you reply they will send a real person to talk to you and trick you out of your home and life savings.
